At Appliworks Solutions S.L, we are committed to providing high quality software and exceptional customer service. If you are not satisfied with your software purchase, we are willing to help you with returns and refunds according to the following conditions:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. After this period, no return or refund requests will be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund or reimbursement, your application must meet the following criteria:
- You must request a refund within the 30-day return period.
- The software license must be deactivated and not used after the return request.

- Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions for the deactivation of the software license.
5. Processing Time
Once we have confirmed that the software license has been deactivated and that you meet our return conditions, we will process your request within 5 business days. We will notify you by email once your return or refund has been processed.
6. Exceptions
Please note that some exceptions may apply, such as customized products or software licenses that have been used or activated after the return request. These products are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
